At the moment, VE server is running only one blizz-like realm with the following rates:

XP-Kill = 2.5x
XP-Quest = 2.5x
XP-Explore = 2.5x

Average XP rate is 2.5X


Drop-Items = 2x
Drop-Money = 2.5x
__________________
Average Drop rate is 2.25X


Auction-Time = 1x
Auction-Deposit = 0.5x
Auction-Cut = 1x

Talent points = 1x
Level Cap = 70
