Regarding Transfers

Hello GM's, me and friend wish to play on this marvelous server, but we come from a 3x Blizzlike Server called WoW-Arthas.
Unfortunately it is a WOTLK server, we are both level 80 and have spent a lot time lvling those characters.
I am a DK and he is a priest.
Now we were wondering if we could still transfers since I have a class that didn't exist during TBC,
we thought we could make a compromise by letting me choose a Paladin or Warrior, since DK is made up out of those two.
If not, we will be very disappointed.

I thought you could only obtain a DK if you had a level 70 on the same account before making one. So what class did you have on the account before the creation of DK?

I had a lvl 55(as you need to be 55 to create a DK) Shaman, unfortunately I dont have a screenshot of that character because after the creation of my DK, I was able to delete my Shaman.
I dearly hope the screenshot of the DK will suffise?

If you are requesting to play on TBC server, we cannot transfer a warrior or a paladin with your DK. We don't allow other players to choose what class they can play; they can only play the same class they had before. Although a paladin and warrior seems close to DKs, they are different classes.

You have 2 options. Find me a shaman screenshot that you had before the deletion and transfer that shaman.
Level a Paladin or a Warrior from beginning, you'll get a good range of skill levels and items when you reach higher level.

I understand, all I can do is hope that one of my former mates has a screenshot of that, then again I need to say something like VE rox and do /played, so even IF I find a screenshot of him, I won't have it saying that.
What am I supposed to do?

Also, if I have a character from retail, is that allowed to use as transfer?
I can still login to my retail character so, that might solve the problem completely on my side?

Oh yeah, you can definately use retail screenshots to transfer.

Ah good, that solves the problem completely for me, now all that needs to be done is that my friend needs to upload his screenshot and we are set to start playing!
